There is a $15 processing fee for incomplete or incorrect recipient address. We will do our very best to fill your order immediately. Please note, however, that here in Hana, FedEx pickups happen only once each weekday, so we encourage you to order as far in advance as possible. Due to our location in Hawaii, orders will be shipped second business day after receiving order, or to arrive as close as possible to requested delivery date.
